Method began with a friendship. Melissa and Steph met more than a decade ago in Arizona, where an instant connection grew into a partnership built on a shared belief — that precise, intentional movement changes how you feel in your body. Both came from backgrounds in fitness, and both wanted to build something more considered than the average class.
They opened the studio in 2016 and, over time, reshaped it into Method: athletically driven, rooted in the original principles of Joseph Pilates, and refined with a modern, elevated approach. Today, Method is a women-owned studio in Holladay with more than 30 years of combined teaching experience behind every class.
